Koya is VERY talkative, often talking by himself during broadcasts, but will gladly talk to anyone, so he is a natural choice as the announcer and president of the broadcasting club. He considers himself 'Tensho Gakeun's Natural Speaker' and will often work the announcer for many events in the school.
